Santa Letters: Dudley Fields

Christmas MorningWe’re visiting the Dudley Fields area on Friday 15th December.
We start at 6:30pm on Sneyd Hall Road and will be travelling around the area for around 2 hours. Full route details are here. If you need a letter for a different route, please select the right route from here.

If you’d like us to bring along a letter from Santa, please fill in the request form below. To help us make sure we get the letters to you, we’re asking you to provide both the address for the letter, and the street on the route from where you will pick it up – these may be the same, but don’t need to be. Last year we had a number of people who had visited grandparents or friends to see Santa, so this makes it easier for us to ensure we get the letter(s) to you!

Please note requests received after 13th December may not be delivered.

When you submit the request, you should receive an automated confirmation by return.

On the night, if you speak with any of our helpers (who will be wearing florescent tabards) they will tell you who to speak with to get your letters.

To request a letter from Santa for your child, please complete the following form for us:

* indicates required field

We need to know where you will be meeting with Santa to collect your letter. The streets are listed in the order we visit them this year. It helps us greatly if this is selected correctly; this is where you will collect the letter (not necessarily your address)!

This is the name of the child to whom the letter will be addressed. If you want letters for multiple children, please either do separate requests, or put each of the names separated by commas (,). This is how we will address the child in the letter, so write it as we should address them please.

This is used for the envelope. It also helps in the event for any reason you're not able to receive your letter in person, as it means we can still deliver it.

To allow us to personalise the letter it's useful if you can tell us something about the child Santa is writing to. How old are they? Any brothers/sisters? Any great news (or otherwise) you'd like us to comment on? What would they like for Christmas? We will try to include as much as we can within the letter we deliver:

If this is left blank, we will still send a letter, but it will obviously not be quite so personal.

This is your name, so we know what to call you should we need to contact you about the letter.

An e-mail address we can respond to to confirm receipt of the letter request, and to ask any questions should it be needed.

That's it! If you have any other comments or things you think we need to know, you can put them in here:

Finally, to prove you're real (and not some kind of robot) please complete the CAPTCHA text below:

This year’s activities are possible in large parts to the generosity of the Blakenall New Horizons Community Enterprise (who have funded our sweets) and  the Midlands Co-operative (who have funded the postcards). A big thank you both organisations from us!

If anything isn’t clear, feel free to contact us.
