Santa Letters: Turnberry

ChristmasOur 2017 visit to the Turnberry area is on Saturday 16th December.
We start at 4:00pm on the ‘One Man & His Dog’ car parkĀ and Santa will be in a grotto for about 4 hours.

Please note we are not touring streets this year on Turnberry, but trialing a static presence.
Feel free to come and visit at any point during the four hours we’re there.

If you need a letter for a different route, please select the right route from here.

If you’d like us to bring along a letter from Santa, please fill in the request form below. We’re asking you to provide the address for the letter as well as name(s) just to help us make sure we get the right letter to the right person!

Please note requests received after 14th December may not be completed.

When you submit the request, you should receive an automated confirmation by return.

On the night, if you speak with any of our helpers (who will be wearing florescent tabards) they will tell you who to speak with to get your letters.

To request a letter from Santa for your child, please complete the following form for us:

* indicates required field

This is the name of the child to whom the letter will be addressed. If you want letters for multiple children, please either do separate requests, or put each of the names separated by commas (,). This is how we will address the child in the letter, so write it as we should address them please.

This is used for the envelope. It also helps in the event for any reason you're not able to receive your letter in person, as it means we can still deliver it.

To allow us to personalise the letter it's useful if you can tell us something about the child Santa is writing to. How old are they? Any brothers/sisters? Any great news (or otherwise) you'd like us to comment on? What would they like for Christmas? We will try to include as much as we can within the letter we deliver:

If this is left blank, we will still send a letter, but it will obviously not be quite so personal.

This is your name, so we know what to call you should we need to contact you about the letter.

An e-mail address we can respond to to confirm receipt of the letter request, and to ask any questions should it be needed.

That's it! If you have any other comments or things you think we need to know, you can put them in here:

Finally, to prove you're real (and not some kind of robot) please complete the CAPTCHA text below:

This year’s activities are possible in large parts to the generosity of the Blakenall New Horizons Community Enterprise (who have funded our sweets) andĀ  the Midlands Co-operative (who have funded the postcards). A big thank you both organisations from us!

If anything isn’t clear, feel free to contact us.
