Santa will be at the library on each Saturday morning in December leading up to Christmas from 10am to 12:30pm. More details are here.

Please do not request a letter if you are not going to be able to collect it.

To request a letter from Santa for your child, please complete the following form for us:

* indicates required field

We need to know when you will be meeting with Santa to collect your letter. It helps us greatly if this is selected correctly, and ensures we have your letter ready when it is needed.

This is the name of the child to whom the letter will be addressed. If you want letters for multiple children, please either do separate requests, or put each of the names separated by commas (,). This is how we will address the child in the letter, so write it as we should address them please.

This is used for the envelope. It also helps in the event for any reason you're not able to receive your letter in person, as it means we may still be able to deliver it. If you do not give a house number we will definitely not be able to deliver the letter if it is not collected on the night.

To allow us to personalise the letter it's useful if you can tell us something about the child Santa is writing to. How old are they? Any brothers/sisters? Any great news (or otherwise) you'd like us to comment on? What would they like for Christmas? We will try to include as much as we can within the letter we deliver:

If this is left blank, we will still send a letter, but it will obviously not be quite so personal.

This is your name, so we know what to call you should we need to contact you about the letter.

An e-mail address we can respond to to confirm receipt of the letter request, and to ask any questions should it be needed.

That's it! If you have any other comments or things you think we need to know, you can put them in here:
